This dish was fantastic. It had flavor. The pops of acidity excited my taste buds. The fish wasn't mushy. I had a little bit of the pasta for take home. I ate it cold straight out of the fridge and it was still so amazingly awesome. Thank you Chef. Your love and passion showed through.
Excellent. If you are a seafood lover, then this dish is a must. Good portion size.
